Sabor Peru, owned by Ani and Horacio Tlatelpa, announced it will be hiring all new kitchen staff, bus boys/girls and wait staff ahead of the move.
The eatery has been a favorite among locals since opening in 2007 on Highland Cross and has become well-known for its Tacu Tacu -- rice and bean pancake with fried yuca, plantains, and chicken.
